I have been meaning to can some of my homemade spaghetti sauce, but have not had the time. Well, over the Thanksgiving break I finally had time so I just did it. I got 4 qts and 8 pints, this should last a while and I won't have to spend $2.98 on Prego any more :) I get such satisfaction when I look at my gorgeous jars. In fact I usually leave them on the counter so I can admire them for a few days before they make it to the garage for their finally resting place.
