Last year we took Garrett to his first carnival. There is a church right down the street from our house that puts on a carnival every year. Last year Garrett loved it so we knew we had to have a repeat. We drove right past it everyday on his way to school and everyday the excitement and anticipation built. Finally Wednesday (the day) came and 6:00 pm could not come fast enough. We met the Peterson's there so Garrett and Abby could ride the rides together. This carnival is great for kids their age. They were able to ride all but three rides by themselves so it was nice for us parents.
The first ride Garrett wanted to ride on was the airplane ride (no surprise) this kid loves anything that flies.
They also loved the roller coaster. I wish I could have captured their smiles, they were priceless.
They also loved the motorcycles. I thought it was so cute that Abby wanted to ride with Garrett.
We weren't so sure how they were going to like this ride, but they both loved it. It didn't scare them a bit.
These two kiddos really are the best of friends. They love to play together and they really balance each other out. Garrett is going to miss Abby so much when we leave.
