We made it!

We are here and we are finally getting settled. We are not going to be able to live together until our paperwork goes through. It may take a few weeks, but we knew that might happen. We are getting settled into work and life on Al Asad. It really is not that bad. The temp is about 100 during the day and about 55 at night. It will start getting cold in about a month. It is very dry and sandy. We had our first sand storm, it was mild, this morning. The chow halls are pretty good and the gym is nice. We have not been yet but all the Marines say it is good. We walk a lot and both our feet hurt, but they will get used to it. We miss you all very much. I can access my yahoo account and I have my work account up.
