What is this you ask? The CH-53 is a Marine Corps helicopter, it is by far the biggest and haul the most. Why is this so cool? Because My neighbor Fred is a CH-53 pilot! Marcus is always talking about the helicopters and how cool it would be to go inside one. Well, Fred made this little boy a very happy boy this past Sunday. Fred had duty and, of course, being Sunday there was no one else there so Fred asked Marcus if he would like to check one out up close. Marcus was so excited! So after church we headed over there and Marcus thought it was so cool to sit in the cockpit and touch all the controls. It's the simple things in life that mean the most.
